Work held in collections in New Zealand, United Kingdom and Asia Statement : As a painter I am drawn to images that originate beyond the boundaries of this country.  Time spent in Italy has given me the imagination to produce works that strive for a sense of mystery, similar to that achieved by the great Italian metaphysical painter Georgio de Chirico.
